Basis for Business

Our flagship product is Basis for Business -- a customer relationship management system.

Basis for Business (B4B) evolved out of an internal application that we use to manage our Internet Service Provider (ISP) business. We decided that other businesses could use our internal application if it were tuned for the everyday business customer. It is designed specifically for busines to business situations. But, it can easily be used for business to consumer applications. We will be introducing a business to consumer version in 2010. We will help you migrate to that application if you decide to go in that direction.

First, B4B is intuative and simple, but powerful. Very little training is necessary to take full advantage of the program. It tracks your business contacts from the time you become aware that they exist. Leads can be entered on-screen or imported as a CSV file. They can then be assigned to your sales agents. The sales agents can convert them to active customers and service them. The agent can track any and all contact with the customer. If the customer no longer is active, you move him to the inactive list and the same agent (or another one) can work with him to bring him back to the active list.

We know that in large businesses, there are system administrators, sales managers, sales agents, etc. We also know that in smaller businesses, the functions of those people are shared by members of your organization. That's why B4B allows you to distribute these responsabilities as only you know how within your organization.

B4B allows you to grant specific users the ability to add items to the Help menu. You can even let your users to request features and report bugs and track the progress of the updates.

Unlike most software that you buy and install on your own servers and workstations, B4B never makes you wait until the next release. You are always working with the latest version of B4B.
